Simply, in this site I will present and explain some processing and analysis methods for Brain data from various modalities in simple way using different programs. I will concentrate on the following techniques; Magnetoencephalography (MEG), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), functional MRI and Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI).
